Lighter Service & Repairs

We are the only official independent UK service centre carrying out warranty work, servicing and repairs for the following brands; Dunhill, Colibri, IM Corona and Peterson.

Our service centre undertakes repair and  servicing work on a few other lighter brands, including ST Dupont, Cartier, Caseti, Porsche by Design and Ronson, so please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements.

All repairs are carried out using official tools and genuine authorised parts, and all repairs come with our standard 6 month guarantee. (Full services on Dunhill lighters come with a 12 month guarantee)

HOW TO SEND YOUR LIGHTER TO US?

We recommend using couriers Evri, DPD or DHL for sending your lighters to us. Please ensure you send your lighter with a service level you are happy with (tracked, signed for etc) and the correct level of insurance cover. This is especially important for high value or sentimental lighters.

Please Note: we can’t be held responsible or liable for any damage or loss of lighters being sent to and from us.

LIGHTER IN NEED OF REPAIR?

Please send your lighter to us with a short covering note detailing a return address and contact details (or use our useful lighter repair form below). We will then provide you with an estimate for the repair, which you can pay for over the phone with a debit or credit card or by bank transfer. If you don’t wish to proceed with the repair, all you will have to do is pay for the return postage. For International enquires, please contact us before sending your lighter to us.

LIGHTER REPAIR UNDER WARRANTY

Please send your lighter with a valid stamped guarantee or original sales receipt to us with your return address and contact details.
